Like 187 cm barefoot. I would not mind some more centimeters.
Need to hit the gym I'm so lazy and psyche destroyed.
Went a week ago once after not going for 3 months, benched 85 kg basically untrained, was very motivated afterwards but 7 days have passed and I have not gone again yet. I have crazy anxiety and ADHD.

The last time I benched was around 2 months ago and it’s yet like 87.5 kg max can’t get passed anything higher than that probably or I never know I could bench less than that now.
Even though I have been doing calisthenics at home it hasn’t done shit to me and the effects aren’t as helpful as I used to regularly lift. I also had been diagnosed with adhd at 8 yrs old. My anxiety is off the charts too, the amount of caffeine I take daily also isn’t helping either.

As well as a bag of McDonald’s and a Big Mac box from last week. I also love watching YT, spending time on discord, browsing this site, watching Netflix, short films and scary videos.
Yep that’s how much I rotted.
