Whenever you see an actor or model who has great facial development, great cheekbone and jawline visibility, this is a result of a very low body fat after months of dieting and maybe some steroids. But also, dehydration. They cut out the maximum amount of water from their bodies without dropping dead. The process, however is brutal. This practice is used by professional bodybuilders, famous actors like Henry Cavill, Hugh Jackman, Brad Pitt.

So What do they do?

Note: This won't have any meaningful effect if you aren't at least 12-15% Bodyfat.

Anything above 15% is morbidly obese by looksmax standards. Might as well just KYS because no pussy until your lean.

Phase 1: Water loading

Insane amounts of water chugging for 3 days. You should be peeing every 20 minutes, seriously.

What does this do?

This significantly increases your body's urine output and is forced to start flushing out a ton of water. Note: You will probably look bloated at this stage, and this is normal

Phase 2: Dry Fast

Cut out all water and fluids entirely for at least 24 hours before the event. No food either. What you are doing, is a dry fast. Technically, you can just do a few days of dry fasting to achieve the same result, but if you do water loading for 3 days you only need to do 1 day of dry fast. Being thirsty is way worse than hunger.

Bonus: Doing cardio while wearing a trash bag. The trash bag traps heat on your skin and your body keeps sweating crazy.

What the hell does this do?

Your body still thinks you are about to drink a shit ton of water, and it keeps peeing it out. In addition to that, you are not taking in any fluids for 24 hours, which dehydrates you even further. The body starts pulling water away from areas that don't need it and saving it for vital functions of the body, like organs. The longer you dry fast, the more shredded you'll be. But as soon as you take in a bunch of water and carbs again you'll be back to bloatcity.

it's kinda extreme to do such fasting. A dude better have a great reason, to do it.
Otherwise, just be 10%bf or less, year round. And mogg 24/7 in leaness and ideally shreddedness.

callories in, callories out. aka callories deficit. That's the truth and way to getting 10%bf, and it's doable with dedication. Trying to use gear to get leaner, because one can't control what one eats/drinks, it cope.

Most marathon runners don't look that sickly. There's no added benefit, The guy probably used Ozempic/Mounjaro which eradicates your apetite, so starving perhaps, yes, but with some drug intervention.

TLDR : just starve or be in a moderate calorie deficit till you're 10% bf
the rest is bullshit but if you wanna completely maxx out looks at low bf debloat with low carb plus drinking too much water

Obviously yes, but a good like 20% of people would die after 3 weeks of this…
 
I have figured out that I have POTS which mean that whenever I sit up or standing up my blood pressure drop because gravity pull blood at my lower extremity(normal person will have vasoconstriction to counter this) so my heart compensate with beating faster and my brain signals my kidney to produce more aldoseterone to retain more water. My solution to this is just wearing compression socks thigh high and eat more salt and drink more water, so far it seems to be working very well.

So far I have been doing
-Carnivore diet with seafood and avocado
-intermittent fasting
-semen retention
-cold shower

Atleast it would help in someway hopefully

Just keep doing what works or maybe visit a doctor so you can see if there’s a “fix”. I don’t think there is tho although it’s worked out so far…
