Whenever you see an actor or model who has great facial development, great cheekbone and jawline visibility, this is a result of a very low body fat after months of dieting and maybe some steroids. But also, dehydration. They cut out the maximum amount of water from their bodies without dropping dead. The process, however is brutal. This practice is used by professional bodybuilders, famous actors like Henry Cavill, Hugh Jackman, Brad Pitt.
So What do they do?
Note: This won't have any meaningful effect if you aren't at least 12-15% Bodyfat.
Anything above 15% is morbidly obese by looksmax standards. Might as well just KYS because no pussy until your lean.
Phase 1: Water loading
Insane amounts of water chugging for 3 days. You should be peeing every 20 minutes, seriously.
What does this do?
This significantly increases your body's urine output and is forced to start flushing out a ton of water. Note: You will probably look bloated at this stage, and this is normal
Phase 2: Dry Fast
Cut out all water and fluids entirely for at least 24 hours before the event. No food either. What you are doing, is a dry fast. Technically, you can just do a few days of dry fasting to achieve the same result, but if you do water loading for 3 days you only need to do 1 day of dry fast. Being thirsty is way worse than hunger.
Bonus: Doing cardio while wearing a trash bag. The trash bag traps heat on your skin and your body keeps sweating crazy.
