you need a palate expander

I’ve seen mixed results with thumbpulling so it might be worth coping with for now

Because you’re old I would ask the orthodontist if you could increase the rate at which the suture is widened.

For example, if you are supposed to turn it once every month I would see if it’s possible to turn it 15 days apart

When your mouth is wide enough, things like weighted chin tucks to strengthen the muscles responsible for tongue posture. So you can apply more force and stimulate more growth

U sobbing over wanting surgery is retarded. You’re letting insecurity destroy your mind instead of making positive changes.

Even if the suture is fused, it can be split in adulthood with more force. Facial bones remain malleable even as an adult.

The people saying that you need 3 different surgeries are not your friends. Don’t stress about the things you can’t change. Start with things you can control instead of getting groomed into surgery by org rotters

I agree that its not good to feel insecure qbout his features but wouldnt you say that he would live a way better life with these surgeries since mse probably wont have insane results at 17, probably should have gotten it at 14 or 15

I know right I probably am fine.

I was even more broke at 14/15 even my family was back then so that would’ve been impossible

And unless youre literally stronger than thor thumbpulling wont do anything, youre just pushing around soft tissue

Use your brain your tibia is exposed to way more force with an insanely large multiplier yet your legs dont look diffrent to people who barely move or diffrent to marathon runners

Yes people who put more stress on their legs tend to grow taller as the body adjusts to its environment during growth. Olympic runners have on average longer tibias

Thumbpulling probably won’t do anything

The bones in your face compared to your legs are not of the same strength and need less force to trigger growth + remodeling

I guess but torturing yourself for half your life over surgeries is going to make you miserable

Remember that for men, looks are a halo effect. Women consider 80% of men unattractive yet still sleep with them

Successful men on average aren’t abnormally attractive people

You will find more longterm value and security in having a skill and contributing to society than having a pretty face.

Im not saying looks are everything but why would you not get that halo when its available? Isnt that halo worth paying like 15k?
