I have only been lifting heavy for one month I usually go for endurance but only recently am I lifting for strength I’m also cutting and I just don’t get how 100KG is this massive mile stone? I just did it for 9 for the first time trying to do it in over 6 years :lul:

Anyways yeah don’t get how niggas struggle for this shit fucking he’ll weak ass niggas. And no I’m not saying I’m the strongest I ain’t benching 150 (KG for American idiots because civilised people have weights in kg not lbs) and I won’t deny it or act like I can but I’ll probably be able to in about 6 months at this rate

Literally only because a deranged cumskin tried to fight me i have decided to go full power lifter mode as I know there’s gonna be a civil was an if a pinkoid dares start again I’ll put them down like the rabid dog they are.


Also just finished my set with 130kg :lul::lul::lul: first time I ever tried to lift this heavy before I feel like saitama from OPM bust shocked at how strong I am without trying.

TLDR: you’ll never know how strong you are unless you actually try

Lifting heavy weights really hurts, personally i can barely lift the bar
Theres no reason to stress yourself with man made weights

Yeah weight plays a big role tbh. My 1pr is probably 130 though but not all my weight is “muscle” a lot of is is bone density and fat so I mean if I was below 28% body fat I’d probably have around 88KG muscle ? Maybe 85? So from that perspective it makes sense

That’s a thing people don’t mention is sure weight matters but weight with no muscle means nothing that’s why a 300lbs fuck can’t do one press-up because it’s proportional

You’re 100kgs at 30% bf. That’s around 80-85kgs of pure muscle unless you’re a framelet.
Your 1RM is around 125kgs, there’s a calculator for that
And fat doesn’t help with strength but it helps with leverage, making it easier to lift since your range of motion is reduced.

Chadmode ngl very strong for a teenager if that was your first try. On my first I only Got 95 and needed a spotter ngl. And I was 18

I believe in you bro, we all start somewhere what is important is you are working hard to achieve that goal. Just half a year ago I couldn't do a push up and can do 3x 10 now 😍

I only started lifting at 20 and I started with 15 kg 1 rep max and never exceeded 60kg natty after 3 years of religious and dutiful lifting and following bodybuilding diet.

Roids got me up to a 100kg 1RM after another 5 years and I’m pretty sure it’s dropped since then.

It really is mostly genetics and your start point predicts your potential, in my opinion. Quite depressing for me to never get past 21 FFMI even on steroids when most guys can achieve this natty in a year or two.

I will try HGH and some new peptides but I think it’s more to do with genetically high myostatin, low muscle cell count, low androgen receptor density, or some other unfixable failo.

A push up is roughly equal to benching 2/3 of your body weight. I got my 100kg bench just by spamming push ups to 40 reps in a set at 95kg body weight but then when I went back to actually benching I was not able to make any further gains.

In theory I could milk it further with archer push ups but it seems I’ve reached my (disgustingly low) limits.

A lot of it is your unique response to PEDs. That’s how you see some random twinks with tiny wrists blow up.

You must try that new myostatin inhibitor that derek talked about when it’s out. Try every growth pathway. Some people respond to one molecule but not the other .

I have some hope for HGH as a growth pathway (muscle cell proliferation vs hypertrophy) and also the peptide MOTS-C. Beyond that it’s just about finding a way to run huge doses of anabolic while limiting health damage.

I managed to get up to a maximum of 127.5kg bench but my small bone structure can’t handle more. My 7 inch wrists hurt very badly with any moderately heavy pushing movement.

Are there any peptides that can rectify or improve this ? BPC and GH ?

Straps don’t work and might actually make it worse for me

Is your form already ideal, e.g bar as low as possible in your hand to try and have it directly over the forearm rather than bending the wrist back (feels a bit like a suicidal grip but it works) No jerky movements or forced reps.

BPC, TB and GH are all worth a try, I’ve had good results on tendinitis issues with BPC. My issues tend to be on pull movements now because my finger strength is too low to take the force.
