Because the average vegan is health conscious. If there was a culture of veganism like in India, the average american would be much more unhealthy.

Do eat chicken and rice before gym. And carbs in burgers etc before major games but lower carbs during training.

I don’t particularly train for that though, I‘m also quite tall so cardio can be rough. I still think that with a week or two of preparation, I‘ll beat you.

Functional power threshold for your lactate/effort measuring needs. Basically how many watts I am able to torque per kg of body during an hour without being too tired.

Maybe, I don’t train for that. I do have good enough endurance for a quarterback though. I‘m sure if I trained specifically for that I‘d be good. What do you eat mostly.

I'm a high carb low fat semi low protein vegetarian. For reference I'll take like 70g of carbs (sugar) per hour intra workout. Totals vary depending on my daily activity

High protein bloats me too much, i've tried but on top of that i do mostly road cycling and running so im all about that glycogen storage

Are you argueing that being obese is more healthy than being normal to underweight ? I agree that the average vegan probably lacks in some vitamins and Minerals like b vitamins and Calcium but the average joe does too, he has just a bit more vitmanis and minerals than vegans.
