How bad are all nighters

Pulling an all nighter to complete my coursework for my A levels. How bad is it for my health? And how much of a looks minimiser (or temporary looksmax potentially) would it be?

Everytime ive decided not to pull and all night and to get 3-4 hours of sleep i always fail. Just do it if its 1 night and your grade counts on it

I pulled them at least once a week for 2 years
and I donโ€™t think theyโ€™re that bad, I feel no after effects as of rn but prob took a decade off my life

Probably not good overtime but I used to pull them once a week maybe even twice now and then and feel fine

Ive done 3 this year and each time i end up falling asleep in class
 
it varies form person to person but usually its not a big deal if you compensate throughout the week and youre young (up to early 20s)

constantly pulling all nighters nuke your IQ tho

Youโ€™d have to be pulling consistent and frequent all nighters to feel those effects you are talking about.
One night is fine, go for it

Don't, I tried pulling all nighters to fix my sleep schedule last semester at uni, and health got absolutely fucked. ended up fucking sleep schedule even worse, failed multiple courses and now i have to retake it all

Bro im sure there were more underlying issues than pulling that single all nighter
