I can’t make out if you guys are being sarcastic, it’s very high in calories but good source of protein without having to eat a lot of red meatPeanuts are a super food that boost heart health according to experts. Make sure to eat your daily peanuts with extra salt.

I snack habanero spiced beef jerky for protein but that contains almost 5g salt in 100g, so was looking to switch to low salted peanuts
