How bad is a minor cut in puberty

I’m 14 5'9 and like 67kg but I have belly fat
will it be really bad for my growth if i cut until I have visible abs or until I’m more lean

My guy don't cut during puberty it's ur time of growth just eat clean food and maintain a high calorie intake u can't be cutting just work out and do some calesthenics
