How bad is filler if it's dissolvable (cheekbones)

I bought FaceIQ Labs, and if I get zygomatic filler and a little gonial filler I would become chad, im htn rn. If it's all dissolvable why is ebveryone so against it? I feel like its a way to stop long midface kucks ascending. If anyones done it lmk, because I cant afford implants anytime soon.
