How bad is my narrow clavicles.

jfl you're coping hard. your clavicles aren't even bad, and that narrow waist means your V-taper potential is actually high. you have a solid, lean base. stop crying about bones you can't change and just spam lateral raises and heavy OHP to build out massive side delts. you'll look wide as fuck.

Mother has pretty narrow clavicles which I think I inherited. Dad definitely has above average clavicles

Bro I have been spamming side delts for the last year it’s so hard for them to grow. Also my clavicles look so much worse in shirt to it’s actually so brutal. I have to wear a jacket or sweatshirt in the summer to fraud.
