Isn't that a completely normal overbite? Idk I had a 4mm overbite and the orthodontist tried to talk me out of Invisalign but I told him to put it on anyways. Maybe the problem is the deep bite and you need it for that.

OP I personally wouldn't if that's the result. Inquire at another dentist about damon braces. They offer dental expansion. Which you need.
