how bad is my physique

my diet is alright i think and can u lmk if my routine is bad? 3-4x a week upper, lower, upper, lower.
go for 3 set for everything 8rep max you need to go failure for every set and for the one or two last go degressive, sleep atl 8h min, eat full carbs, full prot, go for sprint and cardio every day bro you need to increase your testosterone by everything, low cortisol too

in these picture i think you train way to fucking many bro but its good if you still feel the muscle connection on these last exercise or all these excerise you listing on the point here is to build muscle not to adding fuck ton of exercise that doesnt even make you feel a shit

No offense but thats a trash routine. Theres barely any back training, and its imbalanced. You should be focusing on postierior chain more.

At this point you should center your workout around compounds and then do isolations to support it. Why compounds over isolation at first? Because compounds hit so many muscles at once grow the entire body. It builds a base set of strength in your muscles so down the line, if you wanna grow a certain muscle more, since you did compounds for a while and it added strength to that muscle, for that isolation exercises you can now use heavier weight which in turn leads to more muscle.

For example, lets say bench press. If you start out only doing isolation exercises like flies for example, you will slowly add strength and reps but the strength will go up slowly. Like if you start with 10 lb dumbbells. After 6 months , maybe now you do 17.5 lbs dumbbells for the same amount reps and sets. But if you decided to bench first, and got your bench to lets say 170 lbs from 130 lbs from the start, already you will be able to use more weight when you decide to do flies. So when you go to do flies, after doing compounds for awhile, you can now use 27.5-30s when you do flies, cause doing the bench not only made your chest stronger, plus your shoulders, triceps, and other supporting muscle groups that effect the weight you can do on flies.

Lastly, compounds have a way of increasing your hormones. You can look at studies that show heavy squats and deadlifts literally increase test and growth hormone overtime. Which in turn means more muscle.

So yeah in sum thats kind of a bunk routine.
 
Your body is perfectly normal. You have no major issues in your skeletal composition.

Your only issue is thinking 1 month is worth shit when gymceling.
It's going to take you YEARS of consistent effort, diet and sleep before you see noticeable results.
 
when you train do you feel your muscle PUMPING or the tension? yes thats is muscle tension you slow down your movement you feel it
i mean yeah i can feel a little tension but its nothing crazy

Ngl u need to do a lot more research before u buy ideally read threads on forums but considering it seems like ur very unknowledgeable even watching a few vids on tt ab test and roids for some base knowledge
