it's the muscle surrounding the eyes it's basically what closes and opens the eyes by training this muscle you would increase its tone which leads to less uee and less scleral show it might improve your nct slightly but it takes time like 3 months to get some noticeable results

yeah your eyes are pretty bad , they might harmonize with the rest of yoir face tho your nct isnt the problem( jfl its barely even nct) its your highset eyebrows and the lack of deepsetedness
