I don't know quantities, but I'd eat some carbs and better fats

did u gag the first time or could you eat the whole meal?

Well liver tastes very metallic but also kinda sweet
and yes i did gag when eating liver for the first time. It tastes like blood and is very tough to chew.

The muscle meat (just normal filet) tastes good and the heart tastes exactly the same (its a muscle duh).
And the brain yeah was ok too.

You can buy high quality meat from farmers in bulk for big discounts.

Sausages are more expensive than buying a whole chicken where i live, maybe even more expensive than chicken breast and many cuts of pig, you also don't know how much fat and other stuff sausages have if they are fresh and sold at the butcher section.
Cheapest proteins are lentils, and other beans, then eggs, whey powder, then just fucking regular meat cuts, buy the cheap ones, they just have more fat or don't taste as good as prime cuts. Fish is usually more expensive than meat once you remove the spine, head and tail, but affordable anyways. Mussels are godsend.

Imagine sacrificing gains because other fatass americans don't eat it for breakfast what is wrong with you
nah it’s the fact that i didnt know how to incorporate it into a breakfast meal without eating curry chicken with eggs jfl

but i ended up including it in my meal plan anyway with breakfast burritos
