How bad is smoking and drinking really

I drank some wodka ( im a little drunk rn ) and i smoked for the first time will it kill my skin and my health and my looks overall ( im on tret rn )

Occasional drinks is fine for the most part (still think it’s low IQ tho), but smoking is just damaging yourself for no reason
