How bad is soy flour?

How bad will this small ingredient of soy flour

I don’t eat or drink soy related shit like soy lattes but there’s two things that I just can’t avoid In the ingredients list

Soy flour in my whey protein

And soyflour in my magnesium supplement.

Other than that I don’t get soy from anywhere else just whole foods like chicken eggs and I drink raw milk as well from my local farm.

But how hard will this soy fuck me up. I’m taking ai for estrogen anyway.

I love drinking soylent only problem is I used to be able to open the bottles now I have to ask my spouses boyfreind to open them soylent is great for u trust me😂

I was on and off cycle for test. But I’m taking ai mostly for my growth plates since I’m on hgh

That's still a waste product that isn't ideal to consume, however it is better compared to that, yes.
 
From what I can tell there are not many negative side effects. People use them as substitutes for regular flour but generally its safe
