even custom implants?
I'm just kidding but yes I would get custom since the cheekbones have a complex shape. I honestly wouldn't recommend zygo implants unless your cheekbones are literally McLovin-tier (non-existent). Even then, just augment them so they are at least average. Leanmaxing to reveal zygos more is a better bet.

They're average. Zygo implants would barely increase FWHR even if you got very big ones which would probably look uncanny because it's implants. If your FWHR is a big failo though (doubt), then go for it.

its more about my esr, my fwhr is around 1.84

Yes jumbo is possible but it isn’t a natural look it’s a really a stand out look. Few people want this but I know a couple people who do. A famous example is Luca with his huge jaw angle implants (although he still larps its from chewing.) Here is a case of one of my patients requesting beyond bold implants

its ultra obvious, even if chewing wouldn't just make people's jaw look bloat and round there is no way it can make ramus longer

Giant's conservative designs seem to range from 5-6mm projection and his "bolder" designs 8mm or so. Projection isn't everything and the intricacies of the design also come into play ofcourse.

I'm not Giant or a specialist so I'm not sure, but it seems that the more hypoplastic you are the more projection you can get away with without it going into "unnatural" territory.

The recent Giant case with the old guy was very impressive and very natural looking. He got a very bold 8mm zygo implant, but if you look at the before his midface was completely hypoplastic, worse than 99.9% of users on here.

I think perhaps some people choose massive projection over harmony which is pretty fallacious as it doesn't exactly make you more attractive, just more stand-outish. But I'm an armchair aesthetician, would love to have more input.

Yes you are right that starting point is key. If you see the after pictures of the 8.5mm projection case it doesn’t look over projected at all.

Does zygo implants also support your under eyes? Or is infraorbital implants better?
I almost always combine zygo with infraorbital as 1 implant
