Let’s say a cheeky glass of wine taken legally once a week. Any noticeable effect on attractiveness? And is this frequent enough to increase alcohol tolerance? I do not want to lose my sensitivity

That amount probably won’t have much of an effect. However I drink a lot and look mid 30s at 28 sadly.

Yeah I heard drinking and smoking are bad for aging so I’ll try to avoid as much as possible. It is enjoyable having low inhib every now and then tho.

I've been averaging 1.5-2 l of wine per day for months now (exactly because of insanely high tolerance) and weight gain is the worst part

Empty calories + increased appetite

Dont see any other difference

Its a looksmin for sure. And not only that. It is feminizing aswell. Same goes for marijuana, bad for lungs, and weed contains phytoestrogens

i need that much to even get that buzz, after years of abusing benzos and hypnotics, which work roughly the same as alcohol (binding to GABAa receptors). I wish I was in your position. also, I've been weighing around 100 kg for the last year and a half, which makes it even harder for alcohol to hit. if you are skinny and small, it's easier to feel the effects.

No actual evidence that alcohol causes skin aging if we disregard dehydration and sleep deprivation. Make sure you sleep well and replenish your electrolytes

I wouldnt trust him, as red wine contain phytoestrogens, however beer is the worst to drink when it comes to estrogen. It is even way more potent than soy!

t levels alone mean nothing, that's just one small factor in the big picture. even your receptor sensitivity is more relevant than "t levels" in your blood. talking about increasing your T as some holy grail for becoming more masculine/attractive = RETARD ALERT.

You think megadosing ashwagandha and theanine could mess up my gaba? I use it occasionally when I think I’m gonna get nervous for a presentation

That explains it, I’m on the very lowest end of healthy on the bmi

even a few drinks will ruin your lipid values long term.
Are alcohol worse for men than women? Was thinking of the phytoestrogen theory.

only drink alcohol if you need to lower your inhib. It really works for that.

Alcohol doesn’t really do much to looks. Although it’s probably better if you don’t drink. Cigarettes and tanning age you far more tho from what I’ve seen. You can’t really tell if someone is a drinker by their looks, but I can always tell if someone tans a lot or smokes because their skin will usually look very wrinkly.

so be it. if the monthly vodka shot i take bites me in the ass when I'm 70, i don't necessarily mind it.

as long as you don't health/looksmin during your prime / during reproduction why should it matter?

Is Arnold Palmer spiked and twisted Tea a form of beer or nah?

If it contains fermented fruits and certain plants they 100% contain phytoestrogens.

it's bad for both due to the skin effects of long term usage.

estrogen isn't necessarily bad for you, it's an important hormone even in men.
