I’m 14 and I don’t workout cuz it hurts but I think my genetics are good so I wanna start

Start off with PPL and lean bulk using a 300kcal surplus
Based off that knowledge u have what u need to figure out the rest now go search up stuff

Some good beginner splits are UL or you can do PPLx2 if you’re unemployed like me. 3x8-10 is a good rep range then just worry about protein intake and intensity during sets

Ppl is good for beginners that’s what I started with (athlean x’s ppl 😂🙏) but now I have modified it to my liking so it’s more of an Arnold split now Monday - the whole arm (shoulders, arms, forearms) Tuesday - legs and back then Thursday, Friday, Saturday it’s a ppl
