You can use kohl if your muslim if not eyeliner pencil either a charcoal grey or brown wil be subtle and easier to look natural. Bb cream or tinted sunscreen is good or you can use concealer either one but the sunscreen does have sun protection. For lips you can use lip balms that are tinted or clear lip gloss. I think you have to be careful with mascara cause its the hardest to pull off out of those ones and also putting shit on your eyelashes isnt good since theyre frail. Depends on brands too. Id recommend the other 3 and this one is optional

I don't think anyone will notice tbh
I used to wear concealer and eyeliner and no one noticed
I used to hang out for 6+ hours with my concealer on and check in mirrors from time to time and it didn't look like i'm wearing anything you gotta be careful when applying an eyeliner though if you overdo it most girls will notice it easily
I used to hide my makeup in my mom's makeup bag if that helps too
