disregading the surgeon do u think implants for infras and cantho is valid or na
you need infras, fat graft and lower eyelid retraction. Choose a good surgeon and search for good implants design

you cant really do much on your eyelids, obo with implants would be the ultimate solution but no one is going for that tbh

appreciate it bro, when u say infras and fat graft tho do u mean like fat graft for my upper eye lids and infra implants?

you can get some fat in the upper eyelids but it's always best to combine infras with a fat graft above the implants.

I think you meant orbital decompression

u recon this is something also worth me noting or naw?
Taban botched Tufano with this procedure, causing him to have many vision problems. I don't know if it's really worth it, even with the right surgeon it looks pretty dangerous, if you ever get it ask them to just remove fat from your orbits not bone.
Normally it's done for thyrod diseases.

Lower eyelid retraction and fat graft, we somewhat share the same eye
area but mine is better by a bit.

Implants is a overkill, taking into consideration your paranasal area, what i listed is more than enough.

People often suggest infraorbital implants to people who might not need them, but in this case you can clearly see a lot of bone recession, I think that if the design is decent it will help a lot.

It usually isn't about the implant and more about soft tissue and tendons, if you take into the fact that he gets infra for his NOV, he would have an uncanny facial depth after the implant (to much projection) to just achieve a non bulgy eyes from the front.

Soft tissue and especially fat on the periorbitals is very underrated.

Infras should always be for extreme cases.

And almost all attractive people have that bulge, i see nothing wrong with it.

The bulge remain a flaw, obv if pick a Chad that has it he'll look great regardless. Sean, Elias don't have it, while these two are extreme examples a little line under the eye can still look good but it can quickly become a flaw. Also that bulge never disappears totally even with infras, I don't know if you ever seen photos of people getting infras but they still have that bulge in the undereye.

This is an extreme example because of the harsh lighting, so it would be less visible normally but it's certian that some of it will still remain, and also often infras can be too small or too big, sometimes they add too little projection so saying that it will cause him to have too much projection can't be said arbitrary without knowing the design of the implant and sometimes even before putting it.

You definitely look like an OD candidate, + infras to correct negative orbital vector.

I recommend Dr Vrcek, Dr Douglas, Dr Ramesh.

Eh could be the lack of support and fat around the eye ngl making it look worse than it is, if his hertel measurement is high (20+) id be shocked ngl since he would have really really deepset eyes.

You can judge if someone has bulging eyes from their side profile view. His side profile view shows that his eyes are protruding imo.

This guy also appears to have prominent eyes, but you can see from the side profile view that his eyes aren’t actually protruding, he just has lower eyelid retraction. So a lower eyelid retraction repair alone was enough to give him a good result:

(although he might have benefitted from a canthopexy as well)

If OP just got lower eyelid retraction repair alone chances are the result would be mediocre and it would relapse after a while. But I agree a lack of structural support and fat is also contributing to the prominent eye appearance.

Though I could be wrong, consulting with an oculoplastic surgeon would be best.

Yea true i do see that, pretty crazy how deep set OPs eyes would look if he got OD ngl. Him emailing Ramesh should do the trick ngl, he responded to me quickly
