How can i ascend ? Rate and advice

Hey, im a very isecure guy and just really wanna improve my self so how can i ascend without surgery or roids, cuz i don't have money to afford them yk? I can just take cheap roids. If anyone can help with no cope methods i will be really grateful for it, im already with braces and fixing my crossbite, but because of my age my dentist denied the use of a palate expander or facial mask, so i really don't know how to get a CCW and forward growth without it, btw does anything that i can do to get a better face ? Rate and advice me pls, i just wanna be saved.

Noticable difference:
-get on accutane, ur skin quality is poor. Accutane works amazingly. and will shrink ur nose
-Create a hair routine and also change ur haircut
-oral minoxidil for eyebrows and eyelashes. will make ur green eyes pop


other:
-Get a clean shave
-clean up eyebrows
-Concealer for undereye (hides "tired look")
-tape your ears down

Your acne is bad enough for u to get accutanr. their are little no to no side effects

bones cannot be fixed softmaxxing.
dosage depends on ur weight. I did 30mg in the morning and 40mg at night at 160 ibs. Ive seen people do less and get good results tho

bones cannot be fixed softmaxxing.
dosage depends on ur weight. I did 30mg in the morning and 40mg at night at 160 ibs. Ive seen people do less and get good results tho

But the hardmaxxing to fix the bones is just surgeries ? Or exists any cheap methods that can help?

- tinted spf to cover acne scars (fix’s, colouring)
-change haircut plus use products
- clean shave
- grow your lash’s and brows with castor oil/ lash serum then shape your eyebrows, curl your lashes
- use Hydrocortisone cream 5% on tip of nose to shrink the bulbous
- go to gym if you don’t already try lower your body fat below 15% ideal then lean bulk,

This a basically most of what you can do to softmax
