How can i ascend

You're overweight, you should look into cutting and losing that weight.

To do that:

1. Start burning more calories
2. Start consuming less calories

To suppress your appetite and therefore consume less calories, start consuming more black coffee and sugar-free soda. You don't want to overdo it, a 300-500 calorie deficit is enough if you're 15 years old (some would say even less than that). There's more intense ways ofc, you can DYOR on that if you're willing to do them.

It's also easy to achieve a deficit by walking more. I'd recommend going on walks in nature where you listen to your favorite podcast/audiobook/etc., or go on a treadmill and watch your favorite show.

On top of that, make sure you're hitting the gym and building...
