How can I be in a calorie deficit and still get my nutrients?

I was planning on eating around 400 cal a day but I don’t see how I can get my nutrients to still stay healthy 🤷🏼‍♂️

are you stupid? why would you eat that low :feelswhy:

eat at least AT LEAST 10 x your bodyweight in pounds. Example: BW 80kg, 176pounds, 1760kcals.

Don't eat 400kcals. Set cals at 1000-1200

eat liver, heart, eggs, milk if you can digest it well. can add in vegetables and fruits if you're a plantcel nigger. Don't eat grains or bread.

if you're short 1000 cal might be fine. But eat a lot of fruits and veggis and get protein from eggs/ milk products/ lean chicken. don't just eat animal products, especially in a big deficit! You will get deficient in a lot of vitamins and your hormones will suffer!

I eat it raw and believe it is healthier but it's your personal choice. It's still higher in nutrients than what you'd get from eating some fucking nigger slop at mcdonalds.

Find your TDEE and eat a couple hundred calories below it, reduce it slightly overtime. 1200 is a very aggressive cut unless you're like 5'5"
