How can i be myself around girls?

I spent a lot of years in redpill-blackpill communities.

I spent a lot of time actually talking to women.

But if a girl is in the room i just can't be myself.

Why does that happen is very clear, i don't want to mess up my chances with her.

But how to fix that? Seems like nothing works to be honest.

If i remind myself to just become myself not really think about it i become quite

or i just fake it and be super cringy and end up not being myself.

When i'm with friend we're actually having fun but i can never experience the same thing when im with a girl.

Even if the girl is chill, funny and shows interest i just cant be myself.

But sometimes i manage to be myself and genuinely reach satisfaction. At those times i become really proud of myself. But it's rare and ofc not consistent.
