How can I become HTN without surgeries?

Don't know why you are opposed to obvious corrective procedures. Rhino and Bimax would ascend you well above HTN. Probably Chadlite with it (as well as leaning down in conjunction with this). You are clearly recessed with your maxilla downward grown from profile.

Because I'll first want to be 12% bodyfat to see if with that I'm a HTN. Then, get a bimax or a rhino.

I preffer to not get a rhino as I like my nose. My goal is to reduce my midface.
