Not clean shaved + your hair looks greasy. How often do you wash it?
his hair isnt greasy (or atleast not that much). its just really brittle. mine is similar. he needs to use a gentle shampoo and a hairmask.

I see it looks kinda like it, thanks for clarifying tho but for things you could try @FTR:
- definitely style your hair and grow it out evenly to give your face a better overall look because of your rather long chin
- your eyebrows are already kinda dark but they do not look very full so try any lash serum + castor (worked for me really well)
- your eyecolor is nice but blue would be insane for contrast (you might want to consider getting contacts)
- if you arent doing skincare already try changing the routine to do something against the red spots

mark as solution

Thank you, what hair style would you recommend
Let it grow more on the sides mod cut is always a way to go but just let it grow out evenly and dont let it get too long at the top because else it looks like you got a pan on your head. for styling just use any sea salt spray if it works for you, else some clay and lool at botb threads for more details.

Mark last post as solution thx

most serums are cope, and castor is kinda shit honestly. latisse is INSANE for growing lashes and minox is the holy grail for eyebrows. if he doesnt have the balls for that he could get the ordinary lash serum it works fine aswell.

i just saw hes 5'6, blast hgh and test NOW

twinalicious how can i accurately deduce my bodyfat percentage
compare it to photos online, although it won't be completely accurate due to fat distribution differences.

obviously a DEXA scan is ideal, but unless you are a professional bodybuilder I don't see the need for it

iirc bones make up like 10 to 15 percent of your total body weight

im pretty sure bone density ranges only differ by about 10 to 20 percent

it may add a kilo or two, but probably nothing statistically significant

although I think bone size does matter
