How can I become more extroverted

i used to be outgoing around others but i started getting made fun of for my looks and started looking for looks improvement tips and now I look better than before but I lost all my confidence and I think I’m coming across as weird to a lot of ppl cus I’m always silent. The whole reason I’m making this thread is because there’s this girl in some of my classes I like and we snap each other but we’ve never interacted and I want to have a shot with her. I rly need yall ngas help don’t be trolling in replies. ( i put this in offtopic for more ppl to see)

Your experiences, environment, confidence, social circle, and habits can change how you act. So you mightve been more extroverted before and gradually became more introverted
