Lift weights, eat good, and wait a couple more years. If you do everything right , you will grow into a more dismorphic version of yourself. Keep test high, hormones right, and sleep a lot then after a few years and you go from young man to man, you will look closer to that pic, but not exactly the same most likely but a more dismorphic you.

Cut the roids out and just eat great, lift heavy and sleep and in 3 years you will notice your face looks different than it does now aka more dismorphic or whatever (you know what I mean)

It depends on the person but for me it grew until I was like 23. Others earlier, others later. Max 25 I'd say. You can look at a 18-19 yr old and then see a 25 yr old version of themselves and if they were healthy/active they will look different. Not just cause of other aging signs but their head/face will be more like a man's as opposed to a teenagers.
