how can i continue starving myself?

hello,

when i usually try to starve i end up binge eating. it doesnt always end up binging but usually it does, how can i starve myself better?

i used to be 78 kg 175 cm (about a year ago) now im 60 kg and 179 cm, but i didint starve myself.
I have no idea how i lost that weight (at one point i was 57-58 kg)

The reason why i want to starve myself is because i still feel fat.
I used to get bullied when i was younger because i was the only fat kid in my class, but now i have visible abs but i STILL feel like im overweight even tho im not.

I just want to get rid of my puffy cheeks.

I uploaded a picture of my body, please let me know if i can improve something more.

Ive also tried going to the gym, but i struggle with social anxiety so it makes being there a bit harder, if there's lots of people.

It gets better slowly, but in a way to me it's positive being like this instead of comfortable in myself and not caring much, because when I was like that I was fat, only once the insecurity and self awareness really sat in is when I genuinely had enough and wanted to lose it at all costs
