I have a problem wit sugar, don't say "js don't eat it bro" no shit, but I cannot stop
any advice/recommendations?
serious btw I'm borderline diabetic

replace the sugars with fruits, i’m not even joking i can nearly gurantee u a green apple is gonna taste equally as “sugary” as whatever sweets u were planning on eating, same goes for certain grapes and stuff too

Try baking sweets with low sugar and gradually reduce it, worked for me

Also something that really helped me is I bought a huge pack of aspartame packets and let's say I crave chocolate milk I put some in my milk with some cocoa instead of chocolate syrup or in my oatmeals too. And I also bought a bunch of 10 calories jello which taste the same and are good for sugar cravings even if you don't really like jello

Same here.
I suggest replacing white/brown sugar with fruits and 0 calorie sugar alternatives.
If the sugar addiction is bad like mine, then I guess just try to moderate it. Buy higher protein/lower calorie sweets.

diet soda, replace sugary sweets with fruit (recommend banana for debloat), cigs(not recommended)

steps, begin with no sodas. only water. that for me was the easiest. after that cut out slop like candy. which was sorta easy for me. after that cutting every single sugary product out was never really an option. me personally i just do a cheat day once a week, which makes me want to kill myself and after that for the 6 other days i eat really cleanly
