How can I fix and ear sticking out any copes?

Ear tape for a temporary fix

Or Otoplasty for a permanent one, nothing else works.

You could also grow out your hair to hide your ears. Buzz cuts make your ears more prominent. Otoplasty is dirt cheap for a surgery tho so
