How can ı fix this?

There is a large swelling next to my nose. It is only on the right side of my nose; the left side is completely normal. But ı really want to fix this, please help me if you have knowledge about this

we need to know the cause first, or what it looks like from other angles, from this picture it looks just like redness

İts like a puffy round thing that can get smaller if ı do cardio but it never goes away no matter what, plus its making my skin look saggy...ım thinking about showing it to a expert

(That redness is a birthmark)
