Currently 5”7 128 lbs no muscle definition like 16% bf, how could I fix this in a couple months?

holy fucking cope solution, remove that other guy from solution and give to me because that shit is 100% wrong. skinny fat = no muscle + a bit fat, if you loose weight you will have to get to an unhealthy bf% to see ANY definition and will still look shit because you will look like you have anorexia. You need to put on muscle then cut after if you want to. you should eat in a slight surplus, high protein, train hard and keep the diet clean. Ideally take a bit of test too but that's up to you. Just remember, cutting is only ever needed if you are actually fat, you just look fat because you have no muscle (plus eating in a deficit can...

Steady state cardio, high protein, lower fat. Cut way down on the sugar.
Within 1-3 months you'll drop 1-3% body fat. At 12% you will have a full visible 6 pack, at 10% you will have lower ab definition without flexing, shoulder striation, V-line veins, etc.

Fast until 2pm light breakfast with hella caffeine throughout the day cardio etc and watch the scale drop

bulk to 145 and then cut down to 135.

there will be people with higher BDF than you and still look less BDF than you simply because they have more muscle. couple months isn’t enough work ahead for the next summer, or hop on steroids if u wanna speed the process

run a steroid cycle with things like hgh or tren which excel in recomp as someone who ran an icnredably succesful recomp going from 160 fat to 155 shredded and lean. HGH and Tren if u can tolerate and have the support is perfect
