How can I fix chin and lips symmetry

I’m 14 and idk why my lips and chin have a slight asymmetrical look when I take a picture with front cam my chin and lips look ass but when I take a picture in the mirror it looks way better (side note I know I have a big as bump on my eye that give it negative tilt I’m Geting surgery next month to remove it and I know I have a big ass nose so you don’t need to say anything ab that)
