How can I fix low density/ thin hair?

When my hair is wet my scalp is showing alot and when it's dry my crown like the top of my head is showing I have always had thin hair but it was finally becoming thick long wavy and healthy when all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago it became really thin again how can I fix it?

Start taking oral minoxidil yesterday

Suppress DHT with fin/dut + minoxidil and then pray it works. Stuff like fine/thin/sparse hair even pre-DHT/pre-Norwood can't be fixed though, but if you remove enough DHT and use minoxidil you can at least maximize the potential thickness you can have genetically. Also stuff like AIs are bad for your hair so if you are one of those that too can cause hair loss and thinning, estrogen literally is one of the most important scalp hair growth stimulants in both men and women.

Should I use any oils ? Like argan oil combined with minoxidill or is it cope bc my hairline isn't receding it's just thin sometimes
