how can i fix my asymmetrical maxilla?

I have an asymmetrical maxilla, the right part and i think it’s because for 2/3 year i always slept on the right side and now i want to improve what can i do?

theres no method that will “fix” it i believe. you could check your posture and try correct it, chew on the weaker side but it wont be a noticeable difference if you arent in puberty/ reaching the end orthodontics is also another route

if your maxilla is structurally asymmterical on the bone the only way to fix it is surgery or orthodontics, sleeping on one side of your head isnt gonna change your bone structure you might have like some soft tissue differences on that side so just sleep on your back.
