What Can I do to Fix my Asymmetrical Eyes?

For the longest time i’ve been super insecure about how uneven my eyes are. My right eye sits a lot lower than my left eye (inverted in photos). It’s always been like this, but sometimes it looks a lot less prominent than other times. I can sometimes get a droopy upper eyelid on my right eye which makes it look even worse, but even when my UEE is even, my eyes sockets are just not even. I’m open to any and all advice.

i appreciate it, anything else that I should really focus on that isn’t my eye area? I just started accutane (really bad hormonal acne during college time) so most skin related stuff will be solved by that.

other than that surgery
