How can I fix my dark circles (with picture)

I start using bimatoprost for my lashes but I noticed that my eyelids have gotten way more darker than it used to be
and I’m not planning on quitting bimatoprost any time soon
So anyone know how to fix it??

not even abt the under eyes dude ur eye area is just fucked u might need surgery

consider vitamin C retinol hydroquinone

also fix upper eyelid,and your eyebrowns,if you get bad eyes dead eyes from using your phone too much,bad habbit typa activity then you should train your eyes and avoid bad habits
