edit: I use sunscreen daily, cleanse and moisturize for half a year now, its still cooked. also used tret 0.05% for a few months but stopped

it looks like you have rosacea or you had an allergic reaction to something you put on your face.

its not cooked at all, just use some spf everyday and moisturize it. Dont mess up with brands you use and make sure the skin care product is appropriate for your skin. Seems like you got some kind of burn

Don’t even bother trying any topical shit and wasting your money, Accutane will clear that up in weeks

I used 0.05% tret for like 2-3 months with zero purge, saw some improvement but i stopped cause apparently you have to be super strict with sunscreen? like constant reapplication every 2 hours and never go out without it on? it seemed too stressful but maybe im misinformed?

You definitely need sunscreen without it the sun will lead to heavy aging and collagen breakdown, literally on cloudy days it can lead to heavy damage

Yeah I used sunscreen a lot but quit tretinoin because it felt super unsustainable to always be spamming sunscreen

If you are consistently in the sun for those two hours they do recommend that often. But if indoors or not direct sunlight then yh no need

If you want to fraud I recommend BB cream or tinted spf

retinoids are by far the most effective drug for acne. Bb cream will only cover it, not get rid of it.

I wouldnt call what i have acne though, its a bunch of huge empty pores and redness. no pimples or anything (except one which i caused myself by accident)

Yeah only thing that’s curing that is accutane.
Accutane will do absolute wonders for you
