How can I fix my short chin/lower third?

My lower third is of my worst features being the smallest of my thirds at only 31%.This is not helped by my gigantic top third because it is 35.5% of my face,this might be caused by my slightly recessed mandible but the recession is not major only being around 1mm and my mandible is not downwardly grown either my gonial angle being 116.7 degrees.I would say the cause of the problem is my short chin but I don't know how to go about fixing this seeing as I am too young for a Genioplasty being only 14,I would like to know if there are any non invasive things I can do because I am still in developing.

Okay first up, for the chin, genioplasty is the only real solution. But there is a way bigger issue: your monkey lips, get some lip filler or sum bro its hurting my eyes
