How can I fix my side? (with photos)

My biggest flaw is definitely my nose which is why it's my biggest insecurity.
The worst things are my slightly high radix, and weak brow ridge. The dorsal hump isn't great but it isn't huge, so it's not a huge deal.

I plan on doing DIY chin filler, and I would like to do DIY brow ridge filler and nose filler to refine the nose and make it look straight, and give it a more point/defined looking tip, but I'm not sure if that would look okay with the high radix, I thought it might clash, but I wanted some opinions. I'm also aware of my recessed ass infraorbital bone.

I am only 16 and plan on getting a rhinoplasty with radix correction when I can afford it. This is definitely my biggest nerf though icl.

Any tips on this and things y'all recommend? I will take suggestions on any methods but can only act on non-surgical things like filler and DIY stuff but i'm up for a lot of things. Any tips for my eye area and side profile would be great.

I have heard of people using Accutane and hydrocortisone to shrink the nose. I feel like the nose tip is a little too rounded, but still slightly upturned so thats a good thing I have I guess.

Would Accutane and hydrocortisone shrink the area around the tip, making it look more defined and smaller? Should I do both or only one?
