Im going to the dentist this month and was going to ask about palate extenders for forward growth to help my maxilla but will this be enough??? Please help me my side profile is sub human, in pic 1 is how it always is and in pic 2 is frauded not sure how but sometimes it just looks better.

You might also have sleep-apnea so get tested on that.

My smart watch says my breathing quality is always normal, Im going to the dentist next week and bring it up so they give me an appointment with an ortho, ortho will probably take x rays and Ill see what they say im probably just going with extender unless insurance would pay for surgery.
