How can i fix red spots on face

I have these little red bumps on my face and also like red spots and I dont know how to get rid of them. I have a very clean diet and a skincare routine idk what else I could do. I also have the same thing on the back of my arm but way worse like on my tricep. My face also gets very very red if I do literally any form of exercise. I really hate it so if anyone knows how to deal with this please lmk.
