How can i fuck up my skin (temperorly)

So i struggled with acne for a long period and i fixed it for 90% with just basic over the counter skincare cleanser moosterizer retinol en benzyl perioxiede 5%, but i am still not happy with my skin there are still imperfections you know, i sometimes get a pimple (every two weeks) and break sometimes out usaly after bs, but i get an appointment with a dermatologist in about a month so my plan was to fuck my skin up get prescbrided retinoids at a higher concentration and finally be happy got any tips how to fuck my skin up?
