Did you know that the world record for amount of food consumed in the shortest amount of time is 21lbs in 12 minutes? And it was set by a skinny little Japanese guy. So if a little dude can gain 21 lbs in 12 minutes why are you feeling it will be too difficult to achieve in 2 months? I myself have gained 20 lbs over the course of 3 days just from going to multiple buffets.
Anyways, olive oil. Olive oil is your friend. I'd recommend at least three table spoons of it in the morning every day after having breakfast, another three after lunch, and another three right before bed. Lots of milk too. Drink not only whole milk by itself, but enrich it with powdered Mexican whole milk as well.

I put 6 heaping tea spoons of this stuff in my milk (mainly to enrich the flavor cause I don't care about getting fat). This Mexican brand of powdered milk is the only kind of powdered milk I can find that is whole milk.
As for food, grain/cerials is king. That needs to be your number one foundation. Actually follow the food pyramid as far as that goes. Oats, wheat, corn and barley etc.
