What can I do to make my bonemass stronger and my masseters wider?

Biggest thing is just to avoid injury. Virtually any way you do it you'll have results, but avoiding nerve damage is essential. Nerves need to be able to move slightly instead of being compressed entirely so smashing with a hammer like a lot of people do could be a huge mistake. Your fists can generate plenty of force and will be much safer. Use the flat area between your knuckles on the side of your fists to begin with (almost like you're knocking on a door), and once the area gets strong enough you can start using the top of your fist (the actual punching side) but it's gonna take about a month or two for your nerves and bones to adapt for the amount of force this can generate. Do 100 strikes for each area you want to grow, and just vary force depending on the feedback your body gives you. Stop immediately if you feel any sharp or irregular pain. You want at least some amount of bone soreness the day after (palpate the area to check). Doing a set number of strikes is helpful because it decreases the amount of variables we need to consider for standardization and because actually counting out each strike forces you to slow down somewhat, and more intermittent impact is actually superior for growth. You can bonesmash your infra orbitals if you want, but it's a sensitive area and requires a much more delicate touch. Follow these instructions and you will be fine
