Do you not like junk food? Ice creams, cereal, donuts, whatever it is. If it’s very high in sugar you can eat it pre workout or post workout.

It’s the greatest time of your life, enjoy it and don’t get fat

don't listen to this, don't eat whatever you want because then you will just become fat and boneless, eat high calorie whole foods, easy as that. I don't know how people have trouble gaining weight. Literally get a piece of sourdough bread, pan fry it in 20g of olive oil, put 40g of butter on it, and then put 40g of peanut butter on it, easy 650 calorie slice of toast

Yup fill yourself up with 1000 calories worth of good food and then be too full to eat any junk food. Good advice 👍. If have the mental capacity of a normal human being, just eat lots of healthy fats, nuts, oils, and butters first and then eat fruit, meat, dairy, vegetables etc

Start by waking up earlier in the morning so you have more time to eat and get your calories in.

Find foods, snacks, meals that are high in calories and create combinations to eat them together as one meal.

Example of one of my combinations:

200 calorie bread (2 slices), put yogurt in a bowl (160 calories) and mix it with oats (200 calories), then apply the mix on the slices of bread and add slices of 1 banana (100 calories). This meal itself is 660 calories.

Find stuff in your house that is high in calories and which you can create mini meals like this. If you don't have anything, tell your parents to buy stuff like oats, high protein vanilla yogurt, bananas, chicken breast for your real meals, ect.

If your parents don't cooperate with this then you will unfortunately have to just eat whatever is in your house and dirty bulk.

I also use massgainer (liquid calories) because its just easier to get those calories in.

Not really if you just do test,take dut and ai with it. Nost of the side effects from test like most of the organ damage,gyno hairloss,skin etc is caused by dht and esyrogen whoch you would be blocking

Testosterone suppression and testicular attophy and fertility issues are easy to avoid with just enclo and hcg as a pct

The only side effects you wpuld really have is very slight cardiovasvular ageing which you could mostly avoid by using veta blockers,cialis and maybe do some cardio every day, youd maybe age your heart a month or a couple and gain a very good amount of muscle

I would say it's worth. You are essentially paying ~100$ every month and a half or so for 1k quick calories everyday and 60g of protein everyday, which is a lifesaver if you go to school or are busy. If you think about it, finding something that replaces the massgainer would be more expensive. One scoop of my massgainer is 500 calories and i take 2 scoops a day so 1k calories easy. Groceries are expensive nowadays, so alternatives that will give you the same amount of calories will be much more expensive

just eat very high cal foods, workout, eat tons of protein
you want to be gaining weight from muscle, not just fat

It will cost matbe 100-150

No if you stop taking it and use a good pct so jusr add hcg with enclo you wont get weaker or smaller and your estrogen wont change

if u wanna take the easy route take a sarm or peptide that helps with increasing appetite (search for something that inhibits glp-1, as peptides for weight LOSS activates it, doing the counter-opposite would help with weight GAIN. Good luck finding something that directly does that, Exendin(9-39) is VERY hard to find

How can I gain equal amount of fat and muscle simultaneously?
in between dirty bulk and lean bulk, increase in about 500-800 calories.
