Eat and drink lots of dairy. I had the same problem of trying to gain weight (especially since I only eat ruminant muscle meat, eggs, dairy, and some fruit) so I started chugging down lots of Raw Milk, Raw Cheese (Parmesan), Raw Butter, etc. Its honestly really tasty and easy to bulk up on. My secret is to buy lots of string cheese (or Parmesan) and binge eat the hell out of it in between my meals. On top of that since I'm still a teenager I drink around 1-2 liters of Raw Milk daily (or Raw Bovine Colostrum). Adding Raw Honey or Maple Syrup makes this even easier, as well as eating lots of seasonal fruit since they are literally made to gain fat. Personally when I was on my peak bulk I took MK-677 which increases appetite. I guarantee you are doing what I was and eating a lot for 1 or 2 meals a day and not eating much after that. If you have slow metabolism it should be easier so I would just make sure to eat 4000+ calories a day of actual food not just slop. Truth, I do see some benefit which is the recovery. If cjc/ipa helps achieve that 8 hours of sleep then honestly it will help you a lot especially since your 14 and just started actual growth.Im at peak height velocity age, even if i can squeeze out another inch its worth it
