Hi I am currently 21 I was lucky enough with genetics to have a good frame and good facial features I’m still a little stocky and have lots of left over fat and muscle I don’t want. I also need to strengthen my posture cause my posture is really bad. I can hide my fat and muscle well if I wear clothes so it’s not that bad but I want my physique to look like this picture. Currently I just started taking 6 mile walks every other day and I’m only eating once a day such as chicken or prokchops or a steak with a side of brown rice every time. What type of workouts/meals should I incorporate
